Kanawha County Public Library system Long Range Plan January 2010-December 2012 (Approved by the KCPL Board of Directors 5/10/10)
The long range plan focuses the energy and resources of the Library system and its Board and staff on the underlying goals that will further develop services and facilities in pursuit of our vision and fulfillment of our mission. These goals and objectives are pursued while meeting the daily operational needs of the system. The plan is reviewed at regular intervals and may be adjusted to reflect changing needs and opportunities. Annual reports are made to the Long Range Planning Committee of the Board.
